1. Who receives the consent
By ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, I freely give DuoHuman Inc (the "Controller") consent to process my personal data on the terms below.
2. Personal data covered
- email address;
- device identifier (Hardware ID);
- purchase details: plan, amount, date, payment status, license key;
- IP address — when accessing the website and license server.
3. Purposes
- concluding and performing the license agreement: payment, issuing, renewing and restoring the license;
- sending the receipt and the license key email;
- handling support and refund requests;
- meeting accounting and tax obligations.
4. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, erasure and destruction, by automated means.
5. Recipients
- NBCO YooMoney LLC (YooKassa, Russia) — payment processing and receipts;
- Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email, USA) — sending the license key email.
I consent to the transfer of my email address, device identifier and license key to the USA for sending that email.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. This consent is valid for the license term and 5 years after it ends.
6.2. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@duohuman.ai. We then stop processing and delete the data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
