1. General provisions
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the LogAgent desktop application and the website https://logagent.duohuman.ai (the "Application", "Services" and "Site").
1.2. Key definitions:
- Provider (Licensor) — DuoHuman Inc, the developer and seller of the Application.
- User (Licensee) — a person who purchases and/or uses the Application.
- License — a non-exclusive right to use the Application under these Terms for a fixed term.
- Hardware ID — a unique device identifier to which the License is bound.
1.3. Installing, purchasing, or using the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
2. The license
2.1. The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose.
2.2. A 30-day free trial starts when the Application is first launched on a device. Paid Licenses are sold for a fixed term of 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual); both include the same functionality.
3. License and activation
3.1. After payment, the User receives a license key by email and/or on the success page.
- One license activates the Application on one device, bound to its Hardware ID.
- The Hardware ID is shown in Settings → License.
- Activation works offline; a permanent connection is not required.
3.2. The User is responsible for keeping the license key confidential. The Provider is not liable for losses caused by transferring the key to third parties.
4. Orders and payment
4.1. Paid Licenses are not yet sold through the English version of the site; availability will be announced here. Until then the Application can be used during the free trial.
4.2. When paid Licenses become available, the price shown at checkout will be the amount charged, and a receipt will be sent to the email given at checkout.
4.3. The Provider does not receive or store card details; card data is handled by the payment provider.
5. Term and renewal
5.1. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge: each License is paid once for its term.
5.2. If a new License for the same email and device is purchased before the current one expires, its term starts when the current License ends.
6. Refunds and right of withdrawal
6.1. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@duohuman.ai from the email used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 days. The license key works offline and cannot be technically revoked; after a refund, the right to use that License ends and you must stop using it.
6.2. EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. By starting to download or use the Application immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose this right once supply has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Acceptable use
7.1. The User agrees not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application, except as permitted by law
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the License or key
- Circumvent or disable license activation and protection mechanisms
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
8. Warranty disclaimer
8.1. To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. This does not affect mandatory statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the License in the 12 months before the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. The Application is a productivity tool and does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
10. Personal data
10.1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy at https://logagent.duohuman.ai/privacy-policy. The Application is local-first: activity data is stored only on your device.
11. Changes to the Terms
11.1. The Provider may amend these Terms. The current version is published at https://logagent.duohuman.ai/terms, with material changes announced in advance where required.
11.2. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
12.2. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, subject to any mandatory rules on consumer jurisdiction.
